Question
Q: We just returned from a week in st john, our 15th time! We are looking for a villa for next year from Dec 27th for one week again, and it is four adults with two children. We like a pool, and also if there is central ac is great. The children like to be connected to us through the house for the bedrooms, rather than the pod kind of approach or separated by two floors. Our children will be 8 and 12 by next year. Thank you!

Q: What location on the island is best to stay in with 4 21-24 year olds with parent. Younger college students would like to be near the action. We would like to rent a 3 br villa but would also entertain other suggestions. Q: I am thinking about getting married on St John. Maybe a villa, I am confused on how you need to book. Do you need to go through mgmt companies. Any suggestions on which villa, to have a reception. Also, do you know what happens if you rent a 4bedroom villa but only have enough people for a 3 bedroom in that same villa. Do they charge for the hole thing?

Next question, what is the best way for your guests to rent places on st john. IF you want them to stay close to you?

Q: We will be traveling to St. John via Jost van Dyke in February 2009 and need a place to stay for two nights. Arriving in STJ February 19 and departing on the 21st. We would like someplace close to cruz bay, preferably walking distance. This would be for 4 adults. A pool would be a bonus but certainly not essential. Not cheap but certainly not millionaires either so a reasonable rate would be desired.

I appreciate any help you can assist us with. Thank you.

Q: Hello - my question has 2 parts: We'll be visiting the USVI for our wedding/honeymoon and think St. John is the place for us. What is the best area to stay in St. John where we won't need a rental car that is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and some night life? ALSO - we will be there over NEW YEAR'S EVE. Can you please recommend the place to be on any USVI island or even on the BVI? Thanks for your expert advice!
