Aqua is located on Airport Road in Simpson Bay. It's a casual open air restaurant on the water (lagoon-side). They serve sushi, and have an eclectic menu with a variety of dishes. The decor is Moroccan with cushioned benches and nice pillows.

We went there the 1st day of our stay in St. Martin. We loved it so much we went back the last day. There were 8 adults in our group and all of us voted it as our favorite restaurant of the trip. It was very reasonably priced with large portions. My sister and I split a salad and entry and we could not even finish it, we were so full. But, it did not stop us from getting coconut ice cream, which was to die for! It was sooooo good! I highly recommend this wonderful place. (close)
