A: There are no restrictions about taking these items into the country. Tourists can have full internet access while in Cuba for a hefty fee. Cuba has provided cybercafes, business centers in major tourist hotels, cell phone rentals, etc. for the tourists to pay cash (about $5.00 US for 30 minutes at Habana Libre Hotel) for Internet use and mobile telecommunications.
