Q: We have a flight scheduled for Feb 18th to Feb 26th, 2009 to St. Thomas. We are interested in a budget minded apartment, condo or small resort preferable with a small pool on any of the BVI or USVI islands. We are avid snorkelers and would prefer the best areas for this activity. Answer
